A web application is an app that can be accessed from your smartphone, tablet or PC, as well as simply through the web browser. Having a web application created saves a lot of time and money. A great example is a web application we developed for one of our clients.

This is a pest controller who was looking for a way to do inspections of mice and rat traps more efficiently. This is because the problem with these types of traps is that you have to inspect each trap to see if there is anything in it. Now, of course, with one trap, that's not a problem. However, if you have to inspect more than 50 traps, it will take you several hours. That's time that could be spent much more productively. So what this customer needed was a rat trap that didn't require checking.

We have rat traps that contain a sensor linked to the web application we developed that allows us to indicate by a signal when a rat has walked into the trap. Now the customer can see from his phone which trap a rat is in. In other words, a smart rat trap. This saves the customer several labor hours per week. Thus, the payback time of this investment is also very short. So having a web application created pays for itself.
