PerfectView is an online CRM system that has been around for 36 years and has more than 5,200 customers. PerfectView aims to make a lasting contribution to the success of their customers.

Having a new website created while the current website has good rankings? Often people fear that this will have a bad impact on their positions in Google. But that doesn't always have to be the case. For PerfectView CRM, we developed a new website while maintaining the SEO rankings to then further optimize the rankings. This new website is a custom WordPress website with a very comprehensive custom page builder. This allows PerfectView to decide what each page looks like themselves, within their corporate identity. They can place their own blocks in the base we developed, and in these blocks they can format the page as they see fit.

Solution: SEO dashboarding and top positions in Google
In this project, PerfectView had a firm requirement. The website's current findability and the conversions it generates were not to drop. With the launch of the new website, we were able to maintain the current SEO rankings and conversion rate. By implementing the existing SEO strategy while setting up SEO dashboarding, we mapped out the SEO rankings in Google and then continued to grow them.
Some statistics at a glance:

- keyword 'Google crm' ranks #2;
- keyword "relationship management" ranks #2.
In addition to SEO, we also deployed SEA. By running various Google Ads campaigns, PerfectView's website is even better findable and always visible in Google search results. With SEA you can target a specific audience, which increases conversions.
We set up the dashboard using Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager. Google Data Studio is a platform that allows data to be poured into interactive dashboards and reports. Google Tag Manager allows us to measure certain 'goals' on the website. These results, in turn, can be seen in the Google Data Studio dashboard. In this way, we gain insight into, among other things:
- Website conversion rate;
- the rankings of keywords;
- the number of clicks.
With this information, we can always adjust the strategy according to the results and ensure that SEO and SEA are optimized for conversion.
