The Royal Dutch Society for Physical Therapy (KNGF) is the professional association of and for physical therapists in The Netherlands. The KNGF promotes the quality of the profession of physical therapy and promotes the socio-economic and social interests of more than 17,000 affiliated physical therapists.
Observation
Physical therapists are busy enough as it is. The workload in today's job market is high and time for recruitment is often scarce. In addition, not every physical therapist possesses a large marketing budget to reach the right candidate.

Challenge
How do we unlock industry job openings in such a way that they are properly brought to the attention of our target audience?
The solution: a job board
We built a Progressive Web App where candidates and practices can find each other seamlessly. With a user-friendly backend for the practice and a pleasant environment for the candidate, finding suitable staff has become much easier.
